"I get checks from my clients. One of my clients uses this bank. I wasn't dressed in business attire. So for some reason the girl decided to profile me. And run the check through extra verification. Very sad how ignorant these new kids are."
"Reported me 30 days late to my credit report over 48 cents and are unwilling to help resolve the problem. Manager is a jerk and was too busy to even try and help me. Don’t ever use this branch. I just went to the st George blvd branch and they got this removed from my credit report in less then 15 minutes. Branch manager at the blvd location deserves a bonus vs the one at this horrible location that needs to be fired or at least get customer service training. Total lack of empathy and service on his part. Thank you blvd location for actually caring and getting it resolved insanely fast!"
