Dr. Saul Rivas is a Board Certified Obstetrician-Gynecologist located at UT Health RGV in Edinburg, Texas. Dr. Rivas specializes in providing comprehensive diagnostic and treatment services in Obstetrics and Gynecology, including preventive health care for women, infertility evaluation and treatment, pap tests, gynecology services, and both routine and high-risk pregnancy care.
