"Stayed there for almost a month, very quite no one bothers me the managers at the office are very nice an understanding , good attitude I would recommend this hotel, I mean if I didnt like it I wouldn't be there for a month . Thank you staff keep up the good service. Daisy"

"The front desk people could have been nicer. The man at the front desk was a bit rude. One of the lights in my room was not working. Final straw was two trucks with confederate flags and skeletons on them. My husband and I were uncomfortable, so we left 2 hours earlier than we were supposed to. We normally stay in Motel 6 or Super 8 with no problem, but this place was sketchy."

"Other than the kind employee working in the office, this place is pretty bad overall... The floors were sticky and even after I wiped them down, when I went to shower later on, the soles of my feet were black with... grime. The ac was broken next to the fridge -which was also broken- and it sounded like a truck with a busted engine. The 2 burner stove was broken and dirty and the timer to turn it on required a wrench to turn it. My biggest complaint here was that the internet, which I never to do work, was absolutely terrible and kept disconnecting. Every time I connected, it was so slow, I couldn't load my work or business meetings without connecting to my personal phone :( ... this was a very poor, awful experience and I know better than to ever stay here again. I wasted my points and my money and I'm extremely unhappy. I'll never stay here again."

"The check in process was smooth, but the second my husband sat on the bed it collapsed under him. We were here for 4 days with a broken shower, no trash can, a tv that doesn’t work because it can’t connect to the remote, no blankets, the AC either works too well and the room is freezing or not at all and it’s hot. When we asked the front desk for dishes, they gave us 2 forks and 2 spoons. The wifi didn’t work either, so we had to use our data to watch anything on our own devices. There is no microwave plate, so the food cooked in there was always cold in places. There is no smoke detector, there was dried blood on the wall. When we asked for blankets they said they didn’t have any, when we asked for a garbage can, they said no, So we sat here with garbage piled up in the useless kitchenette. I’m surprised I didn’t see any bugs or rodents. We asked for fresh towels and we’re told to leave our dirty ones outside and they would be replaced. They were taken, but never replaced and the front desk gave us attitude when we asked for them. Yeah, sorry we used all of our towels every day while bathing in the sink… also, the pool was out of order and the water was green. This place is literally falling apart. If they had been willing to issue a refund, we would have left the first day. Also the room key needed to be reprogrammed daily… super inconvenient…"
