"I’m not a big review writer. However, I believe when a team goes above and beyond it needs to be recognized. I’ve been having my PM done for my 21’ Ram 3500 here for about 8 months. Typical routine is I drop my truck off Sunday nights (keys in the lockbox) and they knock it out promptly Monday morning. Fast forward to last week. The team confirmed my oil change Friday evening with the thought slipping of Monday being a holiday that they were closed. Despite this, they opened the shop solely for me, ensuring my truck's oil change was completed as promised(I lose $500-$1500 a day this trucks not on the road).
