"Can I just say, I have never been to an automotive repair shop and felt good about giving them my hard earned money. You know how pets become family, well my Bessie AKA 2004 Chevy Suburban is family. I felt Travis understood that. He did such a thorough diagnostic. He actually fixed Bessie's initial woes with just that. However, Travis is so methodical that he found some "need to take care of items now" and some for future consideration. I knew she wasn't running right and after some replacement parts she is purring like a brand new kitten. I'm not sure how much longer I'll be keeping her, hopefully a couple more years but it is great to find a human that is gifted in their craft and willing to take time to explain verbally, through text and pictures the how, why, who, what and where of the experience. It was finally a pleasant experience taking my car to the shop. I'm a female and I had my backup male, google, and YouTube to double check everything I was being told. I'm going to send my daughter's here and everyone else who needs an amazing car repair shop experience."
