"I had an opportunity to have to seek care at this location. I was very pleased that it was close, fairly easy to book the visit online, not busy at all, and friendly staff. What I was not happy about was after I received an injection, I was told that they would need me to wait ten minutes and they would check back on me. I was completely forgotten about. That is no exaggeration. After thirty-eight minutes of waiting and not seeing or hearing anyone, I poked my head out of the room I was waiting in and said hello a few times. With no answer, I exited the room and began to exit near the lobby. To my surprise, they were talking amongst themselves in an office off the lobby area. No kidding, they must have been so into their conversation they completely forgot to check on me. Thank goodness I wasn't in need of assistance or have an allergic reaction to the injection. Other than this inconvenience, the experience was good and I would return and remind them to not leave me unattended for thirty-eight minutes after they say about ten minutes."

The two doctors I’ve seen have great bedside manners and are quick but still observant and thorough. Will recommend to friends and family in the area if they need to go to urgent care.
