"Tried to call for an appointment but the voicemail sounds like they are standing in another room, can't hear you"

"I took my autistic child who has traumatic fear of going to the dentist there and the people were very caring and understanding. They were all very kind of her and try to help her calm down and understand they were not going to hurt her at a previous dentist, we went to, and she was four years old for reasonable reasons. They had a strap her down in order to extract a few of her teeth. And maybe that’s why she is so afraid but either way at this dentist they Gave Genuine, love and kindness and try to help her become. After was over they gave her a balloon everybody that was working that day. Even the receptionist at the front desk was great. This is a wonderful place to take children. They have special needs. I need the most help. Actually, this is a great place for anyone. Thank you."

"Do not take your children to this dentist. I can’t speak on how they are with adults, because I don’t use them as my dentist, but I’ve been taking my daughter here for 2 years and finally had enough. Our appointment was rescheduled three times. This last time, it was because they scheduled us with a dentist that “didn’t accept her insurance” and only the other dentist did. The last time she had an appointment, they told me there was a white spot on her tooth. I’ve been anxious to see how it’s going, so I was very upset we were rescheduled so much. I finally had enough and took her to Saginaw kids dentistry right up the road(which is much better for your kids) and he said he didn’t see any white spots at all. Sounds like they lied to me to be able to charge more on the insurance. Saginaw kids dentistry also accepts Medicaid, so take your kids there!"

"I'm sure the high ratings are either for the medical side or these ratings come from friends of the employees. Do not go to this place; especially on the dental side. They are con artists. I paid $1,000 for a deep cleaning. A deep cleaning should be done in 2 appointments since each quadrant takes 45 minutes [1.5hrs per visit.] Somehow Dr. Subba was done in less than 20 minutes for all 4 quadrants total. A visit to another dentist one week later that not much had been done. On top of that, the quote was $250 per quadrant. The bill, however, stated that it was $200 per quadrant and they added a $200 charge to be able to keep the entire $1,000 paid. I've sent them a registered demand for refund letter. The card company I used to pay actually found sufficient evidence to reverse the payment during their investigation. I'd make sure you get copies of your bills to compare to your quotes for service. I know they accept Medicaid patients that don't see a bill. I'm sure they pad those, too. Secondarily, Liza is a lazy, lying, rude woman that should be fired. She does not give messages, argues about everything, and when she doesn't feel like doing something, she will act like she doesn't know what you're talking about. They might think my complaint with them is squashed but far from it. I still have all of my proof and will happily show anyone that asks to see it. Trying to get medications filled is ridiculous. The front end never calls them in to the pharmacy and you have to call multiple times or just show up and make them do it because they'll just keep making excuses why they haven't done it yet. Rosa is a lovely lady that deserves to work in a better place."
