"Drury was a great place to stay while we visited our children and grandchildren in San Antonio, TX! Wonderful bed, comfortable and clean room with lots of amenities to choose from, including complimentary drinks, popcorn and great food for breakfast! The staff were friendly and helpful, and greeted us when we arrived, and they engaged us in conversation every time they were aware that we were walking by the front desk. The breakfast attendants were superb servers and so friendly too!!!:)"

"The room was somewhat dated, but definitely clean. The property is located in a very safe and central area. We thoroughly enjoyed and appreciated the free breakfast and dinner, as well as the complimentary drinks every evening. The indoor pool and jacuzzi were both open, and very pleasant. My husband and I were in town to visit my oncologist at UT nearby, and stayed here for a total of 5 nights without any issues until Monday morning. Unprovoked and without reason, Delores at the front desk stopped my husband and I as we were leaving for my first chemotherapy appointment. My husband politely asked if it could wait, as we were running late; however, Delores decided that was an appropriate time to question me about my service animal, and make me re-sign a pool use agreement (which I already signed at check-in 4 days prior.) Delores also strangely offered "pee pads" (in her words) to my housebroken, and service-trained dog who has never had an accident inside, ever. Delores is the most insensitive and callous person I have likely ever encountered. I am deeply sorry for any perception or upset I may have caused Delores to warrant such treatment from her. Do better."

"Dolores, Jordan and Linda are phenomenal extraordinary employees of this hotel. My momma and I have been coming here for 3 years. The rooms always smell so good and very clean. Hospitality I give a 10. The Cooks for the free breakfast and dinner buffet are so delicious. I could go on and on and boast about this hotel. All the luxurious things they have. Which is, A indoor pool with hot tub, workout room and a laundry room. Has in your rooms a microwave and mini fridge along with a hair Dryer, and an iron and ironing board"
