"They destroyed my wheel. Literally scraped the chrome off it with the lug wrench. Manager states there is no tool in his shop that could have done this. All wheels were in perfect condition prior to them working on my truck. I picked it up and this is the condition it was in. Got tough luck from corporate. Do not recommend using these butchers."

"They failed to do the basics.. didn’t use brake cleaner before installing new rotors and pads, when asked they said to just brake heavy a few times so the new coating burns off. Furthermore, they couldn’t care any less about my friend’s super clean car, doing a messy job and told them to buy baby wipes and soap to clean it. On top of all that they seem to give lower quotes in the beginning and later bump up. Seems like many fake reviews here! Good game!"

"I recently had a very disappointing experience with this car maintenance shop. I brought my car in for a routine oil change, and shortly after arriving, the manager suggested I change the air filter and coolant fluid, to which I agreed. Upon completion of the service, I noticed that the airbag light was illuminated on the dashboard. I immediately brought this to the manager's attention, and he assured me that the light would turn off after driving a few miles. When the problem persisted into the afternoon, I returned to the shop, only to be told that the issue had nothing to do with the recent maintenance. They then requested $150 to diagnose the problem. I attempted to explain that my car had no issues before the maintenance, and I was met with hostility from the general manager, who started yelling and suggested I leave the shop. Incredibly, I managed to diagnose and resolve the issue myself, despite being told that I didn't understand car mechanics. For context, I hold a master's degree in mechanical engineering. In summary, my experience with this establishment was highly negative. It appears to be a scam, and I would strongly advise against wasting your time and money there."
