"I meet Bob when selling my Diamond DA-40. He was hired by the buyer to perform a pre-buy inspection. In the mean, time I was in the middle of a purchase of my current Columbia 400. After checking with my regular mechanic, I found out that he was not able to perform an annual. I asked Bob, and he said that he would gladly do this and fit it in his busy schedule for the best price I could find. Because I was buying this from a broker (Airline pilot) and the owner was not available, he had to make several trips to complete this on timely basis, so that it would comply with terms of my contract.
