"Was super disappointed with my visit. The massage was scheduled for 60 minutes online. He started the massage at 10:15 and finished at 10:50. I asked him to work on my neck, but he instead massaged my legs through the sheets for 10 minutes and gave my neck maybe 5 minutes of attention. When I got to the front desk, I was told the total was $140+ without the tip... I had scheduled an introductory massage, and at no point before the massage was I informed there was a change in charge, only once I got to the card reader and services were "rendered." I have contacted customer service and will update this review when spoken to. I could have gotten a better massage in a chair at a mall and paid half the cost. 2/10 experience, would recommend Massage Heights or Massage Envy before them."
"I tried their Introductory swedish massage. It was one of the most relaxing massages I’ve received. Monique was amazing, attentive and truly tried to help with my pain areas. Their location was very clean, smelled good and felt very relaxing throughout. Will definitely recommend this place, and especially Monique!"
