"There’s a reason the joke about parts counter staff not knowing what they’re talking about exists. Rude staff member on the phone claiming they didn’t sell a part and couldn’t find it anywhere but the guy didn’t even bother listening to the parts info I was trying to provide. Then hung up on me because I misspoke while checking other parts stores for availability. Absolute idiot. By the way, they sold the part. And had the idiot just stopped interrupting me for long enough to hear the part number, there wouldn’t have been an issue."
