"While getting gas at market street, I ordered Starbucks on the App. The app showed their store but evidently they do not offer online orders. When I asked the employee for help, he said he didn’t know how to cancel or help me and said to go to the other location. He did not offer help, assistance to solve the issue, or provide customer service. I went to the correct store and will never return to the one inside market street. Terrible lack of customer service."
