"Averaged it out to be 3 stars. During the week it's 5 stars, great service and employees are awesome. But the weekend crew only deserves 1 star, as the same in-charge lady has messed up my simple order on each of my last 3 visits. She needs to SLOW down and concentrate on correctly fulfilling each order. Very frustrating."

"I use to love this location of Einstein bagels and go here every weekend. They use to give generous amount of smear on every bagel before. Since the last two times there is hardly any smear on the bagel and they charge $5 for it. I am disappointed. Might not go back to this location."

The answer I always get from the staff is there a very popular which should lead the manager to make more you should never run out of your popular items- it is not just this time at every time except this time they have almost no bagels, which happens often also"

"It was my first time trying it, and I was excited from the pictures and word of mouth. The sandwich I got was the Texas Brisket Egg Sandwich, and it looked really good. It says that it comes with the Jalapeño Bacon Gourmet Bagel, but when I went to order, that wasn't an option, and I had to pick another bagel that left a lot to be desired. The sandwich wasn't bad, but there was no explanation as to why I couldn't get the bagel that came with it. I haven't ordered anything from them again, but I recommend it if you like bagels."
