"If I could give 0 stars, I would. I have never written a negative Google review, but my experience from start to finish was awful! My daughter was referred by her pediatrician. Nobody ever called me, so I reached out and left messages for over a week to schedule an appointment. Nobody ever called me back. Finally, this morning, I received a call only because I reached out to our pediatrician because nobody would ever call me back and she reached out to them to call me. They scheduled us for a 1:30 pm appt, stating this was all that was available until the end of August. We live very far from the office and I had to cancel a work meeting in order to travel to the clinic. Once I got here, it took the receptionist 10 minutes to acknowledge me. When she finally opened the window, she said my daughter did not have an appointment. I explained that it was made this morning and she said “well, I’m not showing one.” She argued back and forth with me, implying I was making it up. When I told her we drove a very long distance to come to the appointment, she proceeded to go speak to the doctor, resulting in another 10 minute wait. She finally came back and said “the doctor said she can’t see you today.” No empathy, no apologizing, just matter-of-fact. I would also like to add that there was nobody in the waiting room! I would not send my worst enemy to this clinic or subject anybody to this horrible process. It saddens me that medicine has come to this. Being a Nurse Practitioner myself, I would NEVER treat a patient in this manner!"
