"This is purely my experience with their staff and how they handle the insurance. I had my daughter had two tooth extracted and were requested to followup in few days which were booked right at the end of first appointment. It was called out that it will not be changed. We had call the day before second appointment and to surprise it was called to be charging appointment. With few followup calls it was sorted out that it will not he charged. Surprise surprise.. at check in they told I ran out of my max coverage and I need to pay from my pocket.. two issues here.. it’s extreme opposite what we have been told and we were no where close to our max for the year. Again with bit of their internal discussion and explanation they came to same conclusion that it will not be chargeable. Overall very poor handling, staff might do better with bit more training I suppose?"
"My daughter's first visit to this clinic was today, and she really enjoyed it. She was nervous at first, but the Doctor cleared that right up. The staff was friendly over the phone, and even more friendly in person. They accommodated my daughter as well as they could. They were patient, clear, understanding, and very gentle. The clinic was clean and kid friendly! The Doctor didn't do anything too pushy, but still got her job done. I looked really hard into finding a clinic that was well rounded, so I'm glad that this place was a success! This will definitely be her dental home for as long as I can make it. Thank you guys for making her experience so fun!"
"My kids love coming here, and I do too! The facility is bright and clean, the decor is kid-oriented, the staff is friendly, visits are easy and the dentist is both knowledgeable and excellent with kids. One of my children has special needs and after explaining this, Dr. Deepa Naik is always especially kind and patient and always explains everything that she was doing before she does it. She also focuses on preventative care. I would highly recommend!"
"The entire staff was awesome! The friendliness and enthusiasm was amazing. I truly appreciate all the time taken to explain the procedure needing to be done, it really helped put me at ease.
