"If I could give zero stars I would….Starting off with the health care there, they expected me to follow up after letting them know that my medication wasn’t covered , their PA Jessica Longoria was rude and unprofessional and was telling me I should have been more responsible on behalf since they never followed up with me and the PA being out on her vacations. As far as im aware, the medical staff rather it the medical Assistant or nursing should be following up with anything the patient need, especially if it’s with medical coverage or medical questions. Then she has the audacity to tell me that I can look for a different health provider if I’m not happy. Well believe me, we will be going strait to corporate and holding them liable for any health or anguish that has been brought up by this PA Longoria and ask them if that’s how they treat their patients, and that’s because we pay with our private insurance. So we will definitely be following up with any further actions taken, and hopefully this PA get reprimanded for her actions, PA, Nurse, CNA, Medical Assistant or physicians, we have taken a oath to maintain professionalism and great healthcare when dealing with patients, if you can’t do that, then you become a liability to your health group and partners."
