"Very unprofessional, walls are thin can hear doctor and aide arguing back and forth. Instead of assisting patients they had a 10+ minute argument. Unprofessional on both the doctor and aide as they both want last word. Definitely not a good idea to host an argument when the lobby and rooms are full of patients waiting to be attended."

"I give 3 stars, only because the wait and front clerks, they only want to be nice when they want to, instead of being nice and respectful, they have an attitude. Also the wait is terrible and thats because I called day before asking for appointment, they said not necessary. I've been coming for 16years and my doctor for the kids Dr. Wiegand best doctor ever. I just ask for something to be done for the wait and the front clerks. I would like to see a difference."

"I was personally brought here as a patient growing up, and now have brought my 10 year old son since birth. Never had issues with doctors, PAs, office staff, etc till today. I arrived in a rush to see if I could have my son be seen. Obviously office is packed with all the infections, viruses going around. As soon as I walked in, I stood in front of the office clerks, they avoided making eye contact, not even making a gesture to say I’ll be right with you. I felt I was an annoyance for arriving there to try and receive services. I kindly asked if they were taking anymore patients. I was told no. It would be convenient if there were signs or Something stating a cut off time. I arrived 45 min till closing and I’ve never been rejected to have my son be seen. You would think the customer service would be better during these times of high number of children getting sick. Looks like it’s time to change to another clinic."

"Have been coming/brought here since I was a baby along with my other 4 siblings growing up. I just had my first child Oct. 2020 and have bringing my baby here as well. The service and team has always been excellent. Always answers your concerns/questions you may have. Front desk ladies are wonderful and also the on-site pharmacy. Mrs. Gracie from Central Pharmacy is always in high spirits, I appreciate her very much. Dr. Pathak and his team are very knowledgable; I recently consulted with Dr. Lopez with my sister and Dr. Weigand for my baby. I would definitely recommend bringing in your kiddos."
