Lauren Phillips MD is a doctor's office located at 17520 West Grand Parkway South, Suite 230, Sugar Land, Texas, United States. Dr. Lauren Phillips, MD, FACOG, is a Houston native who completed her medical education at the University of Texas Health Science Center and her residency at Baylor University Medical Center. She specializes in a variety of services including da Vinci Robotic Surgery, fertility treatments, hormone and menopause management, low and high-risk obstetrics, and minimally invasive surgery. Dr. Phillips is dedicated to providing compassionate and personalized healthcare to her patients at Sugar Land Women’s Care. She is passionate about providing excellent prenatal care for both high and low-risk pregnancies and also specializes in minimally invasive surgery, office procedures, hormone and menopause management, and fertility treatments. She performs Da Vinci robotic surgery at Memorial Hermann Sugar Land hospital and is currently accepting new patients of all ages.

First Colony Aquatic Center is a fitness swimming facility located at 4350 Austin Parkway in Sugar Land, Texas. Please note that the lap pool will be closed for repairs from March 1, 2024, with an anticipated re-opening date of April 17, 2024. The center operates on a "Swim at Your Own Risk" basis, with no designated leisure swimming areas. Residents can access the pool during operating hours by obtaining a pool access card with a refundable deposit. The center also offers swim team practices, private pool party reservations, and access to tennis and pickleball courts for FCCSA members. First Colony Creekshire Pool is a community aquatic center located at 1907 Creekshire Drive in Sugar Land, Texas. The lap pool will be closed for repairs from March 1, 2024, with a planned reopening date of April 17, 2024. The pool operates on a "Swim at Your Own Risk" basis, as lifeguards are not on duty. Residents can access the pool during specified hours using a secure entrance system and a $100 refundable deposit for a pool access card. The pool is primarily used for fitness swimming, with no designated leisure areas. The facility also hosts the First Colony Swim Team practice sessions for various age groups and masters swimmers. Private pool parties can be arranged through Greater Houston Pool Management, with advance booking required. In addition to the pool, members of the First Colony Community Services Association can access tennis and pickleball courts, as well as rent the Heritage Colony Clubhouse for events. The clubhouse includes a kitchen, tables, chairs, and optional access to the pool area.
