"I was referred to this location after Discount Tire broke one of my wheel lugs. I made an appointment online for 9a for the wheel lug replacement and state inspection. and arrived a few minutes before. First of all, I walked into a very clean place. Everything including the bathroom were super clean and I even noticed Jeff cleaning the windows during my stay here. Lori greeted me, found my appointment and set me up for service. I did notice all 5 bays were full so I wasn't surprised when my car did not immediately back. Once a bay opened up, I did notice my car quickly went back. The work was done properly and efficiently and waited roughly an hour. Now while their lobby is clean, I would not recommend waiting there for longer repairs as it's simple plastic metal frame chairs. While there, I noticed several people check out. A couple of them had questions and not only did the service advisor answer them, but the mechanic and even manager Jeff did as well. I will definitely consider this location for future mechanical needs and wouldn't hesitate to send my wife there as well."

"Huge huge shout out to Lori and Skip for helping me out with a non brake related problem at Coit/parker. I continue to go to this location for service and car questions bc the entire team is customer service driven. I went to start my car at work and the start/stop button fell through the entire dash. I panicked bc there was literally no way to turn my car off. I started to drive home to call AAA but stopped by this location just to ask for some advise or if they could even help. It was a busy Saturday and immediately Lori was so kind after I showed her the picture, bc you can’t make this stuff up, and asked if she could show her team to see if they could possibly help. Before I knew it I was asked for my keys and I just sat and waited while hoping they could advise me just how to turn it off. It wasn’t more than 10 minutes and Skip came in and handed me my keys while I was bracing for bad news and said “it’s all fixed!” I was blown away that they cared knowing it wasn’t an average day problem. All I could do was give him a big hug. Thank you to the team and once again going above and beyond for me. I trust everyone that works here and I will not take my car anywhere else before them."
