"Dr. Ratcliff put in two permanent crowns on both sides of my front teeth today. When one of the the temporary crowns kept coming out, the assistants Diana and Gina were so nice about attaching them again - 4 times. The 4th time was today and since the permanent crowns had arrived (even though I didn't have an appointment for the work) Dr. Ratcliff kept the office open an extra hour so he and Gina, assisted by Diana, could bond them in. Dr. Ratcliff is a perfectionist about his work and Diana and Gina are, too. Dina also stayed late. I appreciate all of them and they deserve more than 5 stores for their review."
