Dr. Robby Seim and Dr. Ken Wallace

"Can't give "0" stars, so 1 star. I thought Dr. Seim was ok, but the staff is horrible. Specifically Cheryl. When Cigna tried to help me with a bill and a pretreatment plan, she argued with me and the Cigna and then refused to send in a pretreatment plan saying the dentist was "very busy". I spoke to the dentist in person and he said he sent the pretreatment plan. I also asked for a copy to be emailed to me and they would not do that either. I have been waiting a month and a half just to get a pretreatment plan to Cigna, which Cheryl can fax immediately. They have made an almost unbearable situation with my dentures completely unbearable. Do not recommend. Cheryl and Nicole both need an attitude adjustment and a lesson in customer service. Will not be back, so I guess Cheryl got what she wanted in the end."

"My family and I have been coming to Dr Wallace and Dr Seim since 1999. They are the only dentists my kids (now 30 & 21) have ever been to. The staff is super nice and personable. Since my first visit they have always made feel like family. I would recommend them 1000%"

"I have been going to this dentist for the past 25 years. I have never been disappointed by their service. The people that work here are so very kind. They are very good at taking care of my teeth and they do it in a timely manner! I am very happy with Dr. Seim. His knowledge and keen ability to communicate to ensure I understand what is going on with my dental hygiene is invaluable. This is even more invaluable with my kids. Dr. Seim and the whole staff are really great with kids! Something else I want to note, is that I feel these people and their practice are very honest. Outside of having teeth that hurt or are in pain, I really don't know much about the insides of my teeth. I trust them with my teeth and my family's teeth. You can trust them too!"

"My family LOVES everything about this office!!! Dr. Seim is so much fun! He really cares about all of his patients and makes them feel so comfortable. Nobody likes going to the dentist, but I can honestly say that our family does. The staff is the absolute BEST! It is truly a family in the office and they make you feel part of it when you come in."

"My Children have been going to this office for the past couple of years, I have nothing but AMAZING things to say about this place, My youngest is 7 and he really enjoys coming to see Dr. Seims. They are extremely professional and fast They know how to handle any situation as well as make my children comfortable when they are sitting in the chair. All of the Dental assistants & receptionist greet us with a smile when we walk in. I would not go anywhere else."
