"My recent experience with Ms. Claire. During my visit I was experiencing pain and seeking guidance, I was met with disappointment. During the consultation, I had hoped that Ms. Claire would provide a thorough diagnosis and offer effective solutions. However, I was disheartened by the lack of attention given to my concerns. Her approach seemed centered on issuing medication rather than delving into the root cause of my symptoms. To my surprise, her recommendation simply involved taking three aspirin and antibiotics, with a suggestion to return in 5 days if the symptoms persisted. This left me with the impression that comprehensive care and a proper diagnosis are secondary priorities. 2 stars for next day appointment availability but now I know why she had openings. Bernadette reached out and offered another appointment with a different PA. I feel more comfortable with the way Chad treated me. He took the time to listen and answered my questions. I left feeling like my health matters and we are going to get to the bottom of whatever is going on with me."
