Ample storage space, walk-in closets, and handicap accessible units are also available. Applicants must be 18 years or older and provide a separate application along with a fee. Section 8 voucher holders are welcome, and income must be 2.5 times greater than the rent amount. Verifiable income, satisfactory credit history, and rental references are required. Small pets under 25 lbs. are allowed with a pet deposit. To apply for a rental, there is a $45 application fee for one adult or $65 for two adults, along with a $100 partial deposit that will count towards your $500 security deposit.
