The Sid Richardson Recreation Center, located at 1105 East Brockett Street in Sherman, Texas, is a state-of-the-art gym and health facility for all students. Made possible by a challenge grant from the Sid Richardson Foundation, the center was built in 1971 and includes the Hannah Natatorium. It is part of the Robert T. Hannah Natatorium, located at 1105 East Brockett Street in Sherman, Texas, is a versatile facility designed for the college community. Generously donated by David and Catherine Hannah of Houston, this state-of-the-art competition-level pool features a seated balcony for spectators and serves as the home base for the Austin College swimming and diving teams as well as water polo teams. The natatorium also offers separate dressing rooms for men and women, as well as a staff office for administrative purposes.
