William C Velasquez Institute
● OpenThe William C Velasquez Institute (WCVI) is located at 320 El Paso Street in San Antonio, Texas, United States. WCVI is dedicated to sensitizing new Latino leadership on issues such as the war on drugs and environmental conservation. With 30 years of experience, WCVI has conducted exit surveys nationally and in states like California and Texas, as well as issue phone surveys. WCVI invites high school juniors and seniors with an interest in the environment to apply for their programs. They also offer an Electric Vehicle Community Outreach Program aimed at informing Latinos and minority communities about the benefits of Electric Vehicles (EVs) and promoting LADWP’s programs and rebates.
