"Updating my review now that i've moved out! The office staff were very kind and accommodating. I think they're doing the best with what they have. The unit, however, was not ideal. My apartment had a roach infestation that was likely not treated properly before I moved in. Ive never had roaches before so that was fun to deal with. The pest control treatments didn't help much at all, unfortunately. I think the company they use doesn't treat in an effective way. The maintenance staff were kind, but maybe a bit lazy, as my AC unit was "sealed" with duct tape and filthy, there were gaps between the tub spout and the wall, my kitchen cabinets were just slapped with paint, and I never had a closet door. There was also pee in my toilet and my apartment wasn't clean when i got keys. On the bright side, The larger one bedrooms have a HUGE amount of storage space for their size, and the overall layout is efficient. There's also always lots of parking, and my neighbours were very nice. You definitely get what you pay for here."

"Was told move in date is the 1st, Receive keys to move in at 4:30pm. This single father loaded my trailer and arrived at 4:30 with my 2 infants in 100, to be yelled at by this Rude inconsiderate British speaking lady. As the office was jammed packed with 5 others, and I was just picking up keys to my residence trying to move in. I explained I was told @ 4:30 to get my keys. Sent away with no explanation, saying my unit has not even been touched by maintenance and its not ready.. Other younger girl told me on phone as I called office upon leaving wanting to know an explanation. Poor customer service from British speaking lady. My experience was that you'd see from McDonalds. Taking my $1,000 to move in week prior, and not ready like I'm not a priority.. In all coming from another Business Owner. Your Customer service is lacking from the British speaking person after she takes Customers money"

"I gave this place a one star rating so that I could give my comment. To each and every person that took the time to rate this complex, thank you so much because I to was looking at the advertisement and it looks like a nice place to move however after reading the reviews I’m going to keep it moving and look someplace else. Like most of you I don’t Like roaches either and definitely don’t wanna live with these nasty creatures. Anytime there is non responsive management and sloppy maintenance these are sure tail tail signs to take serious notice and beware so with that being said thank you so much for your honest review of this property. There is nothing worse than bait and switch nor false advertising."

"Apartment looked nice online and was the total opposite when we moved in, they painted over bugs and dirt, the caulking was horrible and overall messy look. Our place was became infested with roaches even though the maintenance came every week to spray. Washer and dryers were always broken. One one occasion the maintenance man walked into my apartment while I was showering and let himself in without my consent. He then left leaving his keys in the room. Only stayed here for a couple months, we broke our lease and left this place overall was a huge inconvenience. First red flag was when when they did the tour online only. After we signed the lease we were able to go into the apartment. It was then we realized the place was not as it seemed as online."
