There was a computer issue regarding intake, but instead of addressing it in a professional manner, Stephanie Bassett acted as though she didn't want us there. We heard her and the rest of the staff arguing through the doors. When I say 'we,' I mean both my very young children and myself. My children had better manners and etiquette than what we experienced."
