"Call due to thermostat going blank and not responding at 12:30pm and by 1:00pm Derek was at my house making the repair. He knew exactly what to troubleshoot to make the repair quick and easy and had us up and running within an hour. Derek was knowledgeable and friendly and explained allot of things to me as he worked.
