They did an outstanding job, correctly diagnosing the cause of rough/hard sliding action, which turned out to be different for each door. Very satisfied. "I called unique maintenance because a fireplace installer told me that I had too much grout around the rim on my fireplace to install the doors. Unique maintenance was wonderful to deal with. Their kindness and courtesy, and on time professionalism meant everything to me especially during this time of the year when you can’t seem to get anybody to return a phone call or show up when promised. David came to my home pointed out to me that there really wasn’t anything needed to remove other than clearing a little piece of grout to expose a hole in order to put the clip in for the door. He told me he didn’t want any money form me and that he didn’t feel it was fair to charge me for something so simple. I asked him if I at least could give them gas money for the drive, and he said no. I assure you if I need anything done from small or large I’m calling David with unique maintenance and I recommend if you’ve got a small project or a large project give David and his company a call. You will fine great people, great service, and extremely great professionalism. Thank you again David for your honesty and kindness."
