"The people that go here are what make this place great, unfortunately Im under the impression this place cares more about money then taking care of their members. If you are signing up remember that this is all a yearly commitment which the employee failed to mention and told me it was just month to month. I payed my early cancellation fee and will no longer be giving my business here."
"do not pay for the year package. it sounds like a great deal and it is only if you know 100% you or your child can continue. i was a broke college student and did this for my son when he was 12. 2 months in he started having horrible migraines and i took him to a neurologist after 2 er visits for debilitating headaches. the neurologist said no contact sports. i have medical documentation and everything. i was practically in tears in their office and he says he already spent the money that he will not refund even half."
"The instructors are genuinely interested in your well being and are incredibly helpful. They are certainly able to cater to all fitness levels and ages. The best part was how concerned Tom and Matt were when I told them I had to cancel my membership due to a fairly serious back condition. They didn't respond with "Oh, too bad" and move on. They actually showed concern and didn't treat me like I was nothing but lost income to them. For that alone I highly recommend this gym, as they will treat you like a friend and not another few bucks in your pocket. In addition, the workouts are great and the atmosphere is very welcoming and comfortable."
