"The food was ready on time and was prepared exactly as ordered. No complaints on the food part. I'm just disappointed that, though there was no one on the line, the person at the checkout counter made me wait a good 5 minutes!"

"I understand that Pizza Hut isn't known for exceptional customer service, but this was literally the worst customer service I have ever received in my entire life. The employees had absolutely no energy when they answered the phone and sounded like zombies. They treated me as a burden rather than treating me like a paying customer. They rushed me off the phone, were incredibly rude and had absolutely no people skills. I will never order from this place again and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I would give this place 0 stars if I could."
