"I enjoyed a sausage and tomato pizza today. The crust was vey good. Plenty of sauce, cheese, and tomato’s. The sauce was a little spicy but tasty. The order was prepared quickly."

"Been a customer for over 7 years now and always loved the food but I've noticed now that there is different help in there the pizza is not the same. They are stingy with the toppings even ordering extra means I barely get the regular amount I am used to getting. I have been also served burnt food as well. I would give less stars for my recent experiences but the fact I had great food for so many years I know it is just the new help."

"I ordered online, and it went fairly smoothly. I got an email that said my pizza order was accepted. Then, another email saying my pizza would be ready within 105 minutes. I called the restaurant and he said not that long it was a glitch. Ended up 30 minutes for carryout. Everyone was very friendly and apologetic for the wait. I expect a wait these days. My pizza was the Ben's Deluxe. It was a little better than average. Let's say a B minus. My wife had Alfredo, one with chicken and spinach. It was different and tasty. We will give it an B+. The crust was nothing special and lacked a flavor of its own to add to the rest of the pie. I just moved to Houston, so I want to try different places but will double back here, I am sure."

"Decided to try big bens pizza for the first time today. ordered the Margherita pizza with a pepperoni pizza roll and I’m highly disappointed. Gentleman working, told me after the order was made that they were out of basil and offered me a dessert or soda instead. I declined the offer thinking “no big deal”. Well i get home and the pizza is not only missing basil but it’s also burnt. Smh really hate i wasted my money and time waiting for this mess. Won’t be back."

"Worst experience with a pizza. I should have gone to Pizza Hut and you know that's bad to say. What can I say cold pizza, the sauces were pricey, and the customer service was okay. I brought the family special and it was not that special. The 2 pizza was big but cold. The cajun wings were overly vinegar and buying 20 wings you only get two little cups of sauce. So, I brought two more and it felt like I am buying gas. I'm sorry I'm a food influencer and I have say go and judge it yourself. You are either going to like or not. I just feel bad paying 50 buck and viewing google reviews on their 4.3 for their company which have a lesser score. Anyway, my wife called Big Ben pizza to explain that the pizza was cold and they just brush it off like they didn't care and manager was know where to found as one of the employee explain. My first time going here and moving to Katy seems they don't have good pizza or you better heat up there pizza if you live 5 minutes away from Big Ben pizza. And Big Ben destroyed that. Can someone tell me where is a good pizza restaurant and not a chain?"
