"I haven't gotten paid in 6 weeks because they can't give me back some paperwork that I need for short-term disabilitie when they told me that it would take only 5 days. And I went 3 times already but they won't really do much besides leaving an email to other people Ps. I'm still waiting"

"I saw Dr. James Saucedo at Methodist Orthopedics at Willowbrook, the Centerfield office. I was extremely impressed with his bedside manner. He asked questions, listened and explained my options. We chose a plan for treatment and I am starting therapy on Tuesday. If i do not make progress we will move on to the next plan. I highly recommend him if you need a hand, arm, elbow specialist."

"Doctors are great! I had a therapist (not my primary therapist) therapist tell me that they would only see me for one more week and I am still not able to return to normal activities. My insurance was still paying for the sessions and I tried to explain that I did not feel ready. I had shoulder surgery and half way through rehab had to have carpal tunnel surgery which really set me back on strength and rehabilitation. If you are lucky they have a great physical therapist that I cannot say any negative words about. If you are unfortunate you will get the lazy therapist that filled in for me. Total waste of time. Let me go early and was constantly sitting down and talking to other staff members instead of assisting the patients. I am switching to a place with better ratings. It simply takes one or two people to negatively impact an environment. I am looking for a place that consistently delivers good service. The office staff and doctors are all great. I hated to leave but my health comes first."
