"I love the doctors that this office.. But to call in and make appointment, or take care of business with this office. You can never get through. It's been like this for months.. I had to call in for 40 minutes to be able to finally get ahold of someone to try to take care of my issue.. Then I was transferred to someone to make an appointment. And it was just a voicemail."

"I experienced a miscommunication with billing. I was shocked when I went in for my first appointment and informed I would have to pay the entire bill upfront which was not was communicated to me when I called to make the appointment.I was very upset when I was made aware of the cost. The office manager did a fantastic job of deescalating the situation and making it right. They were very professional and empathetic to my situation. The doctor was very knowledgeable and thorough. Great customer service. 10/10 would recommend them!"

"I'm so unhappy even giving one star to this business. We scheduled and they gave us the cash price and then they would not accept us, because they said that we could not pay the cash price because we had insurance. We do not have a referral or authorization because we went to the ER. because the cash price. because they didn't want us to pay the cash price. Make sense? No! We wasted our time and now have to find another doctor while daughter is in extreme pain. I have never been so mad. I guess it fueled my fire that the two people in front of us also had the same problem. What a waste of a doctor's time as well. Stupidest practices I have ever had in my entire life!"

"Communication here is atrocious. I’m not sure if the staff here is just negligent or simply lacks the ability to provide customer service. Getting in contact with someone here is the worst. They simply don’t respond. If you are experiencing pain don’t come here if you are in need of efficient and/or timely care. Staff here seems disconnected from what the idea of caring for a patient is. It’s been 3 days since my dad went in to get relief from the intense pain he’s having and since his visit there has been no correspondence from his office. Even after he’s called everyday to attempt to get in contact. They have a third party receptionist you speak with in which they tell you they will relay the information to the staff. Not sure if that ever happens or the nurses at the office just don’t care because my dad has yet to receive a response. 3 days of being in pain and waiting for and answer and nothing."

"I called to make an appt today because of knee pain. It took me 2 hours to get through to someone in order to make an appointment. And on top of that, they could not see me until January 5th. One of the doctor’s here did the surgery on my right knee about 7 years ago. It’s a shame that they cannot see patients on an emergency basis, especially, if they are in pain. They have an answering service taking calls, and this person is so detached from emotions and empathy. It would have bern nice to speak directly with someone who cares about their patients."
