"My son has been seeing Dr. Shirley since he was a newborn and he just turned one. Dr. Shirley has been fabulous this whole time and the whole office staff has been so wonderful to us, too. He’s been very understanding and helpful of all my first time mom questions. Couldn’t be happier with this pediatric office!"

"We’ve gone to Family First since 2013 and have always been thrilled with Dr. Shirley, on occasion we have to see another provider for a sick visit but we never have had issues until now. I made a sick appointment for my autistic son. The front desk never informed me it would be a different provider like they normally do, so I expected Dr. Shirley. Instead I got someone named Dr Roberts. She was cold, impersonal, rude and very annoyed by having to deal with an autistic child. She had no patience and clearly no knowledge of how to work with him. She consistently got him more and more upset until he was melting down for the entirety of the visit. I’m sure she’s lovely for someone, but not anyone on the spectrum."

"Dr Shirley and staff are excellent. We have five children and have been at this office for years and are highly satisfied and impressed. They will make an appointment the same day needed and the efficiency of the office is wonderful. You barely sit down and they are already calling you to the back to be seen. We absolutely love Dr Shirley and this office!"

"Best doctor's office I've been to. They respect your time, a 10:00 appointment means 10:00. I arrive 9:55 and they have us out by 10:20. My 4 month son had covid, they had us in within an hour and gave us detailed instructions on how to test him, he's already on the mend. Anything less than 5 stars is a travesty."
