"I had my first appointment here with Pilar, PA today for my annual. From check in to check out, I had a great experience. I was a little alarmed with all the negative reviews, but I experienced none of that!"

"This use to be the best medical office. I've been with them since 2000, before they became a part of Texas Health (the worst). They use to feel like a family member that cared. Everyone was friendly and personable, and the doctors use to listen. Now, it's all about the money. Getting people and in our. Don't ask about another issue, you must schedule another visit. If you are late the doctor deduct that time from their visit. How do I know? I was scheduled for an appointment and when I arrived 15 minutes earlier I filled out my paperwork. The receptionist at the front desk was talking to another gentleman so I couldn't give her my paperwork once I was completed. By the time she finished talking and then put it my information it was 10 minutes after my appointment. When I got to the back of the room the doctor told me she could not do a particular check because I was late and she would have to move on to the next person. Let's not talk about the auto dollar. You can barely get anyone on the phone and plus the attitude of the front desk has really changed. Not friendly at all. I used to recommend this medical clinic to everyone, but within the past 10 years are no longer recommended. I believe I stick with them only because it has been over 20 years"

"I’ve been going to the clinic for 35 years and since they have changed to Texas Health they have lost my business. I went for a physical the other day and they did not even look in my ears or throat, touch my belly or do a urine sample. I also told them about some heart pain I’ve been experiencing that they didn’t even address. They also refused to fill a medication that I have been taking for many years. Then they gave me bills that I had no idea I even owed, and nobody even sent to me or called me about or posted on my port hole. I have no idea if they are even legitimate. The nurse was not even a nurse and the schedulers and person that you check out with were very short and unfriendly. The level of my disappointment in this clinic is extremely high. I would not recommend going to them at all. This is the first time I’ve ever taken the time to post a review on a company, but my disappointment with my experience had to be noted. I would like to save another person from wasting there time."

"I’ve been coming to this doctors office for 19 years my whole life. Before this place turned into the Texas health, this place was coppell family medical. Doctor story was my doctor before he retired, and he was amazing. When he left this place went to hell. With more and more incompetent staff coming in. I came in 3 minutes behind because of traffic and the people behind the window actively started gossiping about me in front of my face. Never in my life have I ever experienced such shameful behavior from medical professionals. When I got to the room the sheet on the table from the last patient was still on the table, the nurse ripped it off but didn’t satanize or prep it. I haven’t even been seen yet and I needed to write a review. If you’re thinking about going to this place don’t. And if you already do, see if you can switch to a different place."
