"This review is for employee Nikki. This is my go-to lab and I wish they move this black lady somewhere else. She is a very rude person I have ever seen in the medical profession. My Dr. Sent orders electronically and Quest suggested making an appointment so I did. Then I went to the lab, checked in with this lady, and told me she don’t have my order so either I have to call the doctor's office or come back the next day. I requested her to look up carefully but she refused to do so. Quest sends me bills 100s of dollars for the labs for this kind of service. Then I went with Lisa the next-door phlebotomist, she found my orders and completed everything within 10 min. I am glad I didn’t leave before I checked with her. 5 stars for Lisa."
