"I've gone here for years now; but regular customer are no longer valued for their loyalty or business. The customer service has gone from bad to worse. I make an appointment at 9am or sometimes the day before only for it change every time. I understand 10-15 minutes but a whole hour. I pass at least 10 nail salons everyday to and from work. So sad to have to write this but others should know."
"They're about good customer service, always busy but they make sure you're acknowledged when coming in. Pricing is fair for the work they do. I've gotten my nails here a couple of times and I'm always pleased that I even referred my sister and daughter."
