"I love the doctors and I have always got my child for check up here . I am so disappointed by how the reception is so disrespectful . I spoke to this lady name Stephanie or Stepnie . Extremely rude , ignorant of her way of talking . Parents come to doctors with their stress and concern about their children but how pathetic the service you can get on the reception can actually put you more uncomfortable. She has no manners whatsoever . I explained Stephanie about my follow up appointment and how my son was admitted and then I did tell her that not sure if I want to get my son vaccine , she still went ahead asked for $25 dollar co pay when it was my follow up appointment . So so disappointed that people like her work in a place like hospital or clinics !"
