Elgin Memorial Park is a beautiful 26-acre park located in Elgin, Texas, United States. With its hundreds of elm trees and lush green grass, this park is a popular tourist attraction for visitors of all ages. The park features amenities such as a small concession stand, restrooms, sand volleyball courts, tennis courts, horse shoe pits, a playground, picnic tables, barbecue grills, and park benches. Additionally, there is a large covered pavilion for parties and events, as well as a covered picnic area for smaller gatherings. The playscape at the park was made possible by a grant from the Lower Colorado River Authority. Elgin Memorial Park is also the host site for the Annual Western Days Festival, Firemen’s Bar-B-Q Cook-Off, Market Days, and various other programs and activities.
