"I have been seeing seeing dr bui for years. I confirmed my appointment the week of via text message. I showed up to scheduled appointment that i made 1.5 months prior and was told they tried to leave voice message dr is in surgery. I had no missed calls or messages.I drove all the way from the woodlands area to southwest to my appt. I asked if any other providers were available. Unfortunately no one was available. I won’t be able to schedule ahead of time anymore and drive this far. Wonderful doctor but lack of communication from staff. I wouldn’t have drove 1 hr for nothing."

"Her office is beyond incompetent. I scheduled an appointment more than a month ahead of visit which requires basic information and verified that she took my insurance. Once I arrived on time I was told she was in surgery and they had called yesterday to reschedule. I did not receive a call, text or email about the change. When I inquired they said they didn’t know how they contacted me. The kicker was then she told me that my insurance wasn’t valid so she could not see me. She said they also had tried to reach me the day after a month ago after scheduling, I asked again-no text, email or message. My father raised us that cream roses to the top. She is not an island."
