Taco Bell

"I eat at several different Taco Bells every week this one is the only one I have not been happy with. No other taco bell has ever messed up my order that bad. Not only that they charged me for extra meat on my nahcos then didnt even put any meat at all. Very bad experience.."

"They refused to serve me because I asked them not to solicit/beg for money. Typically you can ask a corporation not to solicit when they go into their corporate begging scripts. I like to help people and US citizens have a constitutional right to ask for help, but when corporations do it, it just comes off as greedy to me. I made the simple request that they not solicit and that we just keep the transaction to the business of food. They refused and told me that they were not allowed to honor my request. I shared that corporate greed makes food taste bad, they then refused me service and told me to exit their drive through after making me wait for several minutes as they had a discussion with the store owner; why do you need to have a discussion when a customer simply asks you not to solicit? The food here is often hit or miss, the attitudes are hit or miss as well. Personally, I'm not ok with greedy corporations or corporations that would mistreat their customers who simply ask Taco Bell stick to food and not beg for money even if they claim it's for a charity. Apparently I'm done with Taco Bell period, I'm not ok with being asked to leave just because I asked them not to solicit. Our world needs a change, corporations who pretend to be charitable and mistreat their own customers are a perfect example of what's wrong with our world. They said that it was the locations owner that told them not to serve me and have me removed, it's no wonder that this location has so many problems."

"Went here like 2 weeks, ordered online and picked it up…. They told me to pull around front because they were making me fresh nacho fries. They bring me the bag to my car and they taste like they’ve been sitting out for days so I brought it inside and they made me fresh ones. By the time I got home I didn’t even realize they didn’t put my sauces in the bag and I was missing items. I ordered from there like a week later (on accident) my phone location was still set to this Taco Bell, Not the other one in Denison. So I tried to cancel the order and their phone just rings off the hook, Nobody answers. I didn’t pick up the food from there because it Was trash last time, I just figured they would put the money back into my bank account after they realize I didn’t pick up the food. And they never did. This is seriously the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever had in my life… If you want better Taco Bell, Drive a little further, and go to the one in front of Walmart. Do not waste your money or your time! Horrible service and nasty food"

"I just asked the girl running the register at the drive thru a simple question. I saw food still on the screen from a previous order and was not sure if I would be charged for someone else’s food they forgot to clear (not sure if that’s the normal way it looks or if she just forgot to take it off until I ordered. No big deal to me.) so I wouldn’t be charged extra. Her response was a little uncalled for. I get it every job sucks right now and times are hard so I try to understand but, they are rude as hell the three or four times I have been there. I will definitely be going some place else from now on."

"Ordered 3 soft taco with no lettuce, extra meat. Got three soft tacos with almost nothing but lettuce with the tiniest amount of meat and cheese. Also ordered a doritos locos taco and when I recieved it there was no meat in the taco. I usually speak so highly of specifically the night crew too but this was ridiculous."
