"Driving from Texas to Oklahoma to visit family and stopped here to pick up dinner. Once we arrived and started unloading our order, deluxe sandwich had no cheese (the one thing that makes it "deluxe" and yes we were charged for it) and my wife's fruit side was missing. Gave us the fork for it but not the item itself. I know the location is new, but regardless these were 2 lazy misses, the place wasn't busy at all. If you're hitting up the drive-thru, check your order."
"Worst Chick Fil A I've been to. Gave me a salad with no fork and 2 drinks with 1 straw. Went back inside to request both items and 3 workers didn't acknowledge me at the counter with 1 walking right past me. It took a manager coming out to tell them to help me. No apology just gave me the items and quickly turned around"
