"Date on text message says I have until 1/10 to pick up RX. Dealing with radiation and chemo it's hard to get in. I go in wait in line to be rudely told by Alix they put it back on the 9th. When I asked why she just shrugged. Had to wait 15 min to refill and then wait in long line again. Frustrated."

"I hope you're not in a hurry. It takes longer than they state almost everytime. Last time I went to pick up a prescription, it took over an hour when I was stated 20-25 minutes. No one can give me any info on how to get my prescriptions from here quicker or not have to wait forever in store. They either need better staffing or a better system."

"The worst pharmacy I have used by far. Every time I go in there to get a prescription they make me turn around and go to drop off to enter my insurance information every single time. Then they will tell me the medication isn't covered under my insurance so they want to replace my meds where they will be covered but I need to wait another 20 min. For them to do so. The lines are extremely long and they only ever have one person working the front while 5 or 6 are in the back. I will not be going back to this pharmacy I have put up with this for several months now you would think they would have gotten it together by now but apparently not."
