"We have been patients with Bluefish ever since my son was born & we have a 9 month appointment at the beginning of May. I called to make a sick visit with our doctor recently and was told “they no longer work for the clinic but we could get scheduled with another doctor” we were NEVER told of this change. When I asked if they let patients know they told me they called, however my number is the main number on the account and I did not receive a missed call or voicemail in the past 3 months (from our last appointment). To say I am furious is an understatement. With having an appointment in May (less than a month away) you would think we would have been the first ones called. I can only imagine that if I did not call today for the sick visit, we would have shown up for the check up and found out then… we will be switching care and leaving Bluefish completely."
"I have loved my experience with this pediatrician. Dr. Ho is fantastic! He’s thorough, informative with excellent bedside manner. I have never had a bad experience while visiting this office. Typically we are in and out within 30minutes! Sometimes less! We started coming in 2013 and with the birth of my second child this year the care we’ve received is top notch. Thank you Bluefish and staff y’all are amazing!"
"We absolutely love this clinic. Dr. Yu is awesome, to the point, and great with my toddler. When it’s time for an appointment, my 3 year old actually ASKS if we can go to the doctor’s house. Great people, always friendly, in and out with minimal wait times. They are always able to squeeze us in for sick visits and there’s a doctor on call for phone consults over the weekend. Couldn’t ask for more. 10 stars!"
"Dr Eddings and her staff are amazing! We switched pediatricians when my oldest was a few weeks old and she quickly diagnosed the issue and got us on the right track. She’s so amazing and remembers little details about us and our family! Staff are nice and helpful. We have seen almost every other doctor during some of our urgent visits. Everyone is kind and helpful."
