"I have been seeing Dr. B for more than 15 years. She is a loving, caring devoted Doctor. She has known from beginning what was and is the best medicines for me. She is a life saver. I am so grateful and have nothing but good things to say about her. I travel from Oklahoma to Texas to see her, which is a total of 140 miles round trip. I wouldn’t think of seeing anyone else. "I never even met the DR. Every appointment was with the nurse practitioner. The woman was rude and treated me like a child. No compassion for mental health. Well I am now writing this review a year after their "care" because I just reviewed my insurance claims from last year and noticed that every visit was a different amount. All visits but 1 were done virtual and the costs were way, way, way, too high. I have been seeing Doctors for mental health most of my life and even now my current Dr. doesn't charge this much. They charge a Doctor visit costs to see the nurse...hmm. I'm curious as to how they came up with the amounts charged. Oh and the office was in McKinney, so she wasn't even located at the office I visited the 1 time for my drug test."

"I was referred to Dr. Bhargava by my gp to be treated for depression and anxiety. I have a history of bad mental health side effects with certain antidepressants, so being treated by a psychiatrist is ideal for me. She is the first psychiatrist I've seen, so I had no idea what to expect. The office staff was incredibly patient with all my questions about how the appointments work and what Dr. B's role in my treatment is. Dr. B herself has been kind, and has listened and made adjustments to my meds when I voiced concern; having been on meds before, there was a little bit of a head start on finding a good regimen. I appreciate that we had biweekly appointments until the meds were just right (I'm monthly now) because it made me feel safer knowing I was being closely monitored due to my history. Dr. B also referred me to an awesome counselor for therapy, and that has been great help working through some traumas and figuring out good coping skills. Both of them have been accommodating to my work schedule. Overall, I've had a really good experience, and if you trust the process, I'm sure you will too."

"When I first started seeing Dr. B I was on a combination of medications that were dangerous to my health. Dr. B worked with me to stabilize my medication. She is a good person who cares about her patients. I learned that her philosophy is a partnership between her and her patients. She encourages the patients to work on their mental health with her. I have been with her practice for 2 years and I am stable on my medications and pleased with her care. The front desk needs some additional training when it comes to individuals going through one of the most difficult times in their lives. Returning phone calls in a timely manner needs improvements. When a patient calls it feels like it is an emergency whether it is or not. I would suggest having an person dedicated to phone calls whom can empathize with the patient. The first contact with the patient is important. The patients need to understand that it is not the doctor or the treatment received."

"Horrible experience. It took me four days to get the paper work that they were suppose to send. Then I called the office while I was filling out my paper work so they were suppose to charge my card then. They never did and when I went to my zoom meeting Dr. Bhargava closed me out saying I was early then said she will have someone call me. They over charged my visit they were only suppose to charge $50 they charged $138. She a physiologist she is suppose to be able to do her own evaluations she stated she is going to have a new clinic call and do my test. She keep trying to saying I need to make sure I was depressed. I came to get my ADD meds. not because I was depressed or had depression. Then She wrote me a medication for Vyvance even through I told her I never used that before and I only token Adderall. I had a bad reaction to ridlian and I don't take then one either. She forced Vyvance giving the excuse that is not addicting and has less trouble. The pharmacy wanted me to pay $200 for the medication and with the coupon It bought it down to $140. During Covid who can afford $140 for medication. I called the office many time to get her to switch my medication. I have not been able to take to her or have her change my medication. This Doctor is the worse. The staff is horrible please Do not go to her. I filed a complaint with my insurance and they are doing an investigation"
