"Do not recommend! Extremely rude and bad customer service! They will try and double bill you. I had an imagining done. I received a statement showing that insurance paid the bill. I called and double checked and was told that i had a zero balance. I got a letter today from a collection's company. Open air is stating the bill was never paid. I called open air imaging and talked to Dio was very rude and would not give me any info about my account. He hung up on me. I called back and spoke with Beth and started the whole process again. Beth told me she could not do anything. I asked to speak to a supervisor. I was transferred to Clark M. He stated the mailed 3 statements one of which was certified mail. I asked for prof and was told they are following proto call and could not give me any info. I told Clark that if they sent a certified letter they would have prof of me signing for the letter or refusing the letter. Clark said they where following porta call and would not give the prof. Clark told me to call the collections company. I told him I needed to speak to a supervisor. I talked with Jimmy. Jimmy refused to offer any help and told me to contact the collection company."

"I have an Inspire implant and the office didn't want to help fixing out how to do a MRI correctly. If you have Inspire or implants I wouldn't even think of going here. Thanks for the help!"
"Very poorly ran office. I drive an hour & a half to get an MRI to leave without my disc. I paid for it, these discs belong to the patients. Then they won't send it to my PCP or Neurosurgeon after written requests have been completed nor would they send it to me. Wanted me to drive back to Amarillo to get it. Never again will I make this mistake again. Get with the program people. Do u even wonder or care why ur reviews are bad? I can answer that... NO!!"
