"It's a very orderly medical office. I was gretted as soon as I walked in. The window clerk too kk my entry information and I took a seat. After I wss called in by the nurse I was weighed, vital signed taken. The nurse did a assessment of my current health and I waited for the doctor. Everything I noticed was in order and neat."

"First, please mentally add cuss words wherever you like. They scheduled a 6 pm appointment for me 3 weeks ago. They called me at 5:15 pm yesterday to confirm date, time, and place for today. I arrived, as scheduled and confirmed, to a locked door. Lettering on door says the (Clovis Rd) location closed at 5. Door is definitely locked. No instructions to use another entrance, no other entrance is visible, there is nothing to indicate that it will reopen after posted hours. The presence of several vehicles in the parking lot gave me pause, but it's not uncommon to have employees present to do paperwork or cleaning and still be closed. No one came to the door when I tried to open it, and no one answered the phone the several times I called. Sat in my car for 10 minutes and repeatedly attempted phone calls to their number. Was met with the message that A] if I have questions about my appointment, I can call during normal hours and B] operation hours vary by location. Did not identify any of those locations though. Normal common sense and basic logic says locked doors after clearly posted hours means this is not one of those locations. 3 weeks of waiting and anxiety and instead of getting the dental work I need, I get to wonder why THEY scheduled and confirmed a 6pm appointment when they closed at 5. Yes, I was stupid to arrange my schedule to unquestioningly accomodate a time THEY set up for me instead of risking a longer wait by asking for anything earlier in the day or sooner on the calendar, but I was in day 3 of the agony of an untreated tooth infection at the time, so I plead 'trusting the professionals' for this mess. So 1 star it is. because A] I still have to get the dental work done and B] really dont appreciate the lack of useful after hours information. If you're going to schedule somone to come to a location after hours, you should probably alert the location that they should be there too. Just sayin'"

"Not happy at all with this dentist office. My appointment was at 1 p.m. Waited an hour before being called. I was called ONLY to pay for my visit. Waited another 40 minutes to be called to take xrays. Was seated in an exam room. Waited another 20 minutes just to be told what I had already told them I needed done. STILL have my broken wisdom teeth and STILL have pain and infection. Ms. Young refused to prescribe me any antibiotics or anything for pain. Waste of 3 hours and $80."

"I had a partially corroded wisdom tooth that needed to come out and I was so nervous. I've never been awake during a tooth extraction but the dentist made me feel very comfortable. He was very quick. I didn't even have time to worry about it hurting (which it didn't at all) by the time he said the tooth was out and it was over. The most painful part was the numbing shot that was really just a pinch. I was very pleased with the procedure and staff."
