"As someone who rarely has ever gone to the dentist this place made me feel safe. They broke everything down to me about the process of getting my wisdom teeth pulled, kept me entertained while I waited, and went through different payment options with me. When I got my teeth cleaned the hygienist hummed along to Taylor Swift and we started talking about our favorite artists. I was intimidated to go to get my teeth looked at but they made it super easy. Very thankful I found this place."

"I went in due to a cracked molar. Dr. Williams provided a few options and allowed me to pick a tooth removal. No push back was had and it was removed same day. Coupons were applied due to me not having dental insurance. The staff was so friendly from the office staff to the dental assistant, to Dr Williams. I will definitely be going back for other dental needs."

"So, I made an appointment at Aspen Dental at 5607 Slide Road in Lubbock for my regular cleaning and check up. It took forever to get rolling. The xray equipment was positively prehistoric. The dentist was nice enough. I felt very comfortable with him. Once he was done they walked me back to the front to the business office for the list of things that were required that my insurance doesn't pay for. My insurance has ALWAYS covered my entire exam. So I tell them I only want to do what my insurance covers and the girl starts rattling off what the hygenist requires. I repeat that I only need what insurance covers. I can hear them talking around the corner about "I guess he doesn't have to have the extra things. I'm feeling OK about that until I find out that I'm NOT scheduled for a cleaning and I have to make another appointment for that. That's when I hit the door. What a disappointment. Stay far, far away."

"I made an initial consultation visit and walked out the same day with a treatment plan, top 2 wisdom teeth pulled, and 3 follow up appointments. I am very impressed with Aspen Dental and the office manager Beth. She was super helpful and knowledgeable. I had an appointment scheduled at another Dental Office but I cancelled it due to the level of care and professionalism I received at this location. From the ladies at the front desk, the Dentists, to the girls in the back, everyone was so nice and made me feel comfortable. I have a fear of going to the dentist and they made me feel welcome and relaxed. It’s obvious when the employees are happy, it reflects in their customer service. I am so glad I chose Aspen Dental."
